  • Refund is processed to your original payment method

  • You may request up to 3 refunds per calendar month

Subscription Plans (Pro & Business)

All subscription plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

  • Cancel within 14 days: No charge — full trial access
  • After 14 days: You will be billed for the first month
  • Monthly plans: Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Annual plans: Refund available within 30 days of initial payment (prorated)

How to Request a Refund

We process refund requests within 1 business day. No justification required for pay-as-you-go refunds.

Refund Issued

Refund is sent to your original payment method. Stripe refunds typically appear in 5-10 days; PayPal refunds are instant.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Notices generated more than 7 days ago (pay-as-you-go)
  • Subscription charges beyond the free trial or refund window
  • Excessive refund requests (we reserve the right to limit abuse)
  • Custom development or enterprise services (covered by separate agreement)

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to terminate your account. We're happy to resolve any billing issue — please reach out first.
